Citrus dressing… on blueberry and macadamia nut salad (Whole30, low FODMAP option)

Citrus Dressing

Freshly squeezed juice of 1 orange (approximately 1/4 cup)
Finely grated orange zest (1-2 teaspoons)
Freshly squeezed juice of 1-2 limes (approximately 2 Tbsp)
1/4 teaspoon crushed garlic (omit for low FODMAP)
1 teaspoon Himalayan mineral salt
1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/2 cup cold pressed olive oil

Refrigerate and use within 4 days.

(For low FODMAP omit, or limit, the macadamia nuts and avocado)
