Balsamic vinaigrette (with chicken salad) (Whole30)

The recipe for the balsamic vinaigrette is as follows…
1 tsp Himalayan mineral salt
2 tsp dried sweet basil
2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp paprika
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 Tbsp filtered water
2 Tbsp raw apple cider vinegar
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3/4 cup cold pressed olive oil
Optional: add 1/2 tsp crushed garlic (omit for low FODMAP)

Put it all into a 300ml glass bottle, shake it up, and refrigerate for up to 2 weeks.

Balsamic vinaigrette goes well with so many salad combinations. ย This salad featured:
Broccoli (omit for low FODMAP)
Avocado (omit for low FODMAP)
Red onion (for low FODMAP use green ends of spring onion)
Lightly toasted cashews (omit for low FODMAP)
and some roasted chicken
